About the role
You will be responsible for creating and executing a growth optimisation strategy across all our channels. To do this you will identify opportunities for growth within all stages of the user experience with a test and learn focus - and relentlessly seek to optimise.
You will develop and deploy strategies that drive and maintain ongoing member engagement, lead the development of organic social media campaigns, and generate engaging content. You'll also help us create and shape the community and act as an evangelist by getting a good understanding of end-users and their needs and acting on them.
You will work closely with our development team to improve our product offerings and maximise user engagement and satisfaction across the entire customer journey.
Must have experience:
- A/B testing, Cross-channel marketing, Customer lifecycle
- Solid understanding of SEM, SEO and performance marketing channels and optimisation
- Experience significantly scaling social media accounts
- Excellent communication skills
- A strategic mindset and a curious nature
Nice to have:
- Experience in SaaS and/or B2B Digital Marketing position
- Experience in AEC or tech
