About Speckle and the team
Speckle is an open-source platform that is revolutionizing how 3D models and data are used in architecture, engineering, constriction, and many other industries. Our mission is to liberate people from proprietary file formats and software monopolies and to build an open digital infrastructure for the future of anything designed in 3D.

Our team is currently made up of 10 amazing individuals spread across the globe. Most of us are architects or engineers turned software developers, to change the future of our industry.

We don't have a physical office or fixed work hours but we do see each other daily - and never fail to have a laugh!

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to help us build a high-performing and diverse team.

You'll be working closely with the founders to understand their priorities, help them design and execute successful hiring processes and bring our next 15 - 20 people and beyond.

About you
Our ideal candidate will be extremely hands-on, smart, talented, and driven. They will understand our mission and want to play their part.  We are looking for someone armed with a startup "can-do" mentality, who wants to tackle all sorts of tasks.

The application process consists of one introductory 30 min video call, followed by an interview and practical exercise - we promise not to ask any brain teasers or tricky questions! We aim to have these 3-4 calls done in approximately 2 weeks time.
