Speckle is your data hub that connects with your AEC tools.
Lightweight geometry
Transfer your multi-source ArcGIS model (IFC, DWG, etc.) into SketchUp as mesh, curve, and point geometry, with original colors. ArcGIS models are loaded into flattened SketchUp layer that mirrors the layer hierarchy in the ArcGIS TOC.
Decide what to share
Don’t overload SketchUp with unnecessary trades. Use Speckle to publish exactly the datasets you need—like the cadaster parcels or imported IFC model. No need to publish and load an entire project.
Update notifications
Get immediately notified when there’s a change in your ArcGIS file or a new version to load in SketchUp. Keep your team perfectly in sync and working with the latest model.
Smart collaboration
Get your team’s comments as soon as they make them so you can resolve issues immediately. Use Speckle for ArcGIS as a model store for federated models from other applications, giving you indefinite 3D access to your projects - long after your other licenses have expired.
Good to know
This workflow is intended for geometric design coordination between different models and disciplines.
ArcGIS object attributes will be published, but not loaded in SketchUp.
Layer types that rely on web services are not yet supported.
